SO WHAT IS CONTEMPLATIVE ART JOURNALING?
So what does Contemplative Art Journaling mean? Can anyone do it? What if I feel like I don't have a creative bone in my body?
Well, if you're someone like me, whose mind is always going a mile-a-minute with deadlines and to-do's and parenting, etc, etc... it can be really, REALLY hard to slow down long enough to listen.
Until I learned Contemplative Art Journaling, prayer time usually meant adding to my mental shopping list and meditation time seemed like an exercise in futility as my brain flitted from one thing to another. It felt impossible to connect with my spirit and my Source.
